In lists of information, there may be
parenthesized references at the end of an entry:
The Help: "quoted strings"
are what you enter as an "Index"
search string in the Visual Studio Help window.
Warning: these "Help" references were found using the 2002 version of
Visual Studio, and they just might be different in the 2003 version.
Another warning: these index strings sometimes fail;
if one does, use it in the Help's "Search" window
instead of the "Index" window.
